About

The B.E.L.L organization initiative was founded in the Bronx, New York by a group of scholars, administrators, coordinators, mentors, and professors. Our goal is to promote an interest in STEM among students residing in under-resourced communities.

Our experienced educators deliver workshops to under-resourced students in grades 6-12.  We plan to integrate this method of education as a STEM after-school and summer program. At BELL, we monitor the working progress of our workshop students to assess the current competencies of students and oversee their progress in a long-term capacity.

Aside from our STEM program, we also offer a climate change and recycling program for applicants between the ages of 9 and 24. Our program participants meet at a local community garden to learn about how planting impacts the environment. We grow plants both at home and at a community garden before gifting our participants with a $100 gift card and a certificate of completion!

We also empower our community with food, clothing, and book drives which serve as a reminder that we are committed to improving the quality of life for people in the Bronx, New York City, and beyond.

We would love to connect with you. Please feel free to reach out to us by emailing Bell@bellorganization.org.
