With March being Women’s History Month a time to honor the achievements of women past and present. In addition, 60% of CUNY students report an annual household income of less than $30,000. BELL Organization along with the Queens College Knights Panty at the campus of City University of New York (CUNY) Queens College decided to host period poverty events. We partnered together with companies to create care packages for the many students on campus who are experiencing period poverty.
