At South Bronx Charter School for International Cultures & the Arts, we worked with the Pass The Brick organization ambassadors to donate LEGO sets for students to have hands-on STEM LEGO Build Day where students explored creativity, engineering, and problem-solving through play-based learning. Students received LEGO sets to build, test, and redesign their creations while practicing foundational STEM skills such as design thinking, spatial reasoning, and collaboration. This engaging experience introduced students to core concepts behind engineering and innovation, helping spark curiosity and confidence that can support future academic and career pathways in STEM.
