New York Presbyterian Hospital Transition Clinic Center for Hope and Resiliency

Reentry programs serve as a vital lifeline for formerly incarcerated individuals, offering the structure and support needed to successfully transition from incarceration back into community life. These programs tackle the everyday, practical obstacles that can otherwise stand in the way of rebuilding a stable, independent future. Access to something as fundamental as oral care is often overlooked, yet it plays a meaningful role in a person’s health, confidence, and ability to reintegrate successfully.

Recognizing this need, Bell partnered with staff members at the New York Presbyterian Hospital Ambulatory Care Network’s Comprehensive Health Program (CHP)/Transition Clinic Center for Hope and Resiliency, donating free oral care products to support their mission. This collaboration ensures that individuals receiving free services through the clinic also have access to essential oral care items helping to remove one more barrier on their path toward stability, dignity, and a fresh start.

Through this partnership, Bell is not just providing products it’s investing in the well-being and long-term success of individuals working to rebuild their lives after incarceration.
