Councilmember Oswald Feliz represents District 15 is a Tenant lawyer and an educator from the Bronx. On August 31st 2021 BELL Organization partnered with Councilmember Oswald Feliz and the NYPD from the 48th Precinct to host a Food Giveaway to help the families of the Monterey Houses in the Bronx who experiencing food insecurity. Our Food Giveaway consisted of prepared meals, perishable foods, healthy snacks, PPE, juices, waters and women hygiene products.
